PF Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector – Site Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of E&I construction activities at site. The ideal candidate should have strong QA/QC inspection experience in Engineering, EPCC, and Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance of Electrical & Instrumentation works with project specifications and quality requirements

* Conduct timely inspections and reporting of E&I construction activities

* Ensure compliance with Project Quality Plan and specified requirements

* Review E&I construction documents, Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Procedures

* Support site construction teams with quality-related technical clarifications

* Review contractor quality deliverables before commencement of work

* Perform and report stage and final inspections of site construction works

* Coordinate with clients for witness inspections

* Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate with contractors for closure

* Perform ITR inspections and update the relevant quality systems

* Conduct site walkdowns and record punch items

* Witness gland termination qualification tests and prepare reports

* Witness special processes and mock-ups

* Participate in FAT/SAT inspections for E&I packages

* Verify contractor documents related to tests, controls, and inspections

* Verify special processes and workers’ qualifications

* Monitor project and internal non-conformances through QUEST / InTouch

* Support and participate in project quality audits

* Provide inputs for Quality Management Reviews, including NCRs, lessons learned, and audit findings

Required Experience & Qualifications:

* Minimum 8+ years of QA/QC / Quality Inspection experience in Engineering, EPCC, or Oil & Gas

* Strong experience in Electrical & Instrumentation inspection and site construction

* Working knowledge of LV Houses, HV Houses, Switchgear, Control Panels, PAGA Systems, Transformers, EDG, etc.

* CompEx or IECEx Certification is Mandatory

* Experience with ITPs, Quality Control Plans, Method Statements, NCRs, and inspection procedures

* Previous Oil & Gas project experience is preferred

* Experience with supplier package quality is preferred

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering

* ISO 9001 Auditing experience is preferred
