About the role
• Well Intervention, Well Integrity, Well Control, Snubbing, Hydraulic Workover, Coiled Tubing, Wireline, and P&A operations.
• Experience in intervention planning, engineering programs, risk assessments, operational execution, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of pressure control, BOP systems, well barriers, and live-well intervention operations.
• Experience in contractor management, KPI monitoring, cost control, and technical evaluation.
• IWCF/IADC Well Control certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, technical reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, lessons learned, and performance optimization.
• Preferably an Expat with relevant Senior Well Intervention Engineering experience.
