About the role

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in blood sample collection, knowledge of medical laboratory operations, and good computer skills.

Note:

• Candidates must currently be in Kuwait and hold a valid, transferable Article 18 visa.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect blood samples through venipuncture and arterial puncture from adult and pediatric patients for laboratory testing

* Receive and organize blood collection requests

* Distribute collected blood samples to the appropriate laboratory sections

* Prepare and arrange necessary supplies and equipment for blood collection

* Maintain clean and properly stocked blood collection areas and phlebotomy trays

* Perform all necessary tasks using the computer system related to phlebotomy duties

* Follow proper safety, hygiene, and laboratory procedures

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Phlebotomy

* Computer literate

* Knowledge of medical laboratory operations

* Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English

* Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) License

* MOH License / Prometric Result

* Quadrabay Report
