About the role
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 20–25 years of hands-on experience in Snubbing and Hydraulic Workover operations.
• Extensive experience in Well Intervention, high-pressure live well operations, Well Control, and contractor management.
• Experience in snubbing in/out under pressure, completions, fishing operations, ESP retrieval/installation, P&A, and through-tubing interventions.
• Strong knowledge of well barriers, pressure control, BHA design, snubbing force calculations, tubing movement, torque & drag, and well integrity.
• Valid IWCF Well Intervention Well Control Certificate – Supervisor Level.
• H2S, PTW, Lifting/Rigging, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, and Emergency Response certifications.
• Experience with MS Office and OpenWell software for operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, contractor management, technical reporting, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Preferably an Expat with 20–25 years of Snubbing and Well Intervention experience.
